Requirements

  • 10+ years of ERP implementation experience
  • Hands-on implementation experience with Odoo and NetSuite strongly preferred including self-hosted deployments
  • Demonstrated project management delivery with schedule ownership vendor management scope and budget control and status reporting
  • Working proficiency in Python and scripting
  • Working knowledge of REST APIs and integration patterns
  • Experience defining system integrations with Teamcenter JAMA Primavera P6 or equivalent platforms
  • Ability to deliver core ERP functionality within a 4-6 month timeline
  • Strong communication skills across technical and business teams
  • Comfortable working in a startup environment with evolving needs
  • Willingness to begin as a part-time consultant with potential future full-time opportunities

Day to day

  • Own the ERP implementation program end-to-end including project planning milestones critical paths RAID tracking and status reporting
  • Work with IT to manage the self-hosted deployment including hosting infrastructure IT operations and backups
  • Configure the ERP to support financial operational and procurement workflows while creating a centralized source of truth for purchasing inventory costs and cash flow visibility
  • Define integration strategies with engineering and business systems manage data migration UAT training cutover planning and support reporting dashboards and process scalability
