- Experience in sourcing procurement or as part of a Sourcing Desk for 5-7 years.
- Proven track record in implementing and driving adoption of sourcing solutions.
- Strong knowledge in Sourcing Events and eAuctions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical skills with the ability to generate actionable insights.
- Proficient in using MS Office and eSourcing tools such as Keelvar SAP Ariba Sourcing.
