Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of conference production, membership sales, or inside sales experience
  • Confidence in building relationships with enterprise leaders
  • Excellent project management, communication, and organization skills

  • Top-notch organizational and time management skills

Day to day

  • Act as project manager for events, working with Consero stakeholders including meeting planning and sponsorship
  • Recruit speakers and attendees by selling Consero’s conference value proposition to senior executives from F1000 companies and meeting recruitment quotas
  • Research and write conference agendas, build advisory boards, maintain relationships with senior corporate executives, attend and oversee conferences providing onsite logistical support ensuring smooth running
