Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School diploma or equivalent required
5 years in administrative and clerical roles, with a proven track record of success

What the job involves
Provide top-notch administrative support remotely to one of our Division Presidents while living in the Phoenix area
Organize and manage schedules, ensuring timely coordination of meetings and events
Prepare reports, handle documentation, and manage expenses while monitoring budgets, plan and execute meetings and conferences with creativity and cost-effectiveness
Keep the team informed with updates on schedules, project requirements, and report requests, and take on various tasks as assigned to support the department’s success
