Requirements

  • 5+ years of executive administrative support experience supporting senior leadership CEO or C-suite preferred
  • 3+ years of end-to-end payroll processing experience including tax filings and reporting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with ESG preferred
  • Experience with HRIS payroll systems preferably Rippling or similar
  • Experience supporting ERP systems orders pricing or transactions
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Human Resources Accounting or related field preferred

Day to day

  • Provide high-level executive and administrative support to the CEO and C-suite leaders by managing complex calendars meetings travel and confidential communications
  • Prepare polished presentations reports and executive materials while coordinating leadership offsites site visits customer meetings and internal events
  • Administer payroll and HRIS processes accurately support payroll audits and reporting and assist with cross-functional tasks across Commercial Operations Finance HR ESG and ERP systems
