Requirements
- 5+ years of executive administrative support experience supporting senior leadership CEO or C-suite preferred
- 3+ years of end-to-end payroll processing experience including tax filings and reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with ESG preferred
- Experience with HRIS payroll systems preferably Rippling or similar
- Experience supporting ERP systems orders pricing or transactions
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Human Resources Accounting or related field preferred

Day to day
- Provide high-level executive and administrative support to the CEO and C-suite leaders by managing complex calendars meetings travel and confidential communications
- Prepare polished presentations reports and executive materials while coordinating leadership offsites site visits customer meetings and internal events
- Administer payroll and HRIS processes accurately support payroll audits and reporting and assist with cross-functional tasks across Commercial Operations Finance HR ESG and ERP systems
