• Serve as the CEO's go-to person, managing day-to-day operations, communications, and scheduling to ensure seamless workflow and productivity
• Organize and manage all business and legal documents across multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and accessibility
• Anticipate the CEO's needs and prepare for meetings, travel, and other events with a proactive mindset
• Plan and coordinate complex travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, to ensure efficiency and comfort
• Handle personal tasks and assignments as needed
• Manage multiple communication channels
• Assist in the planning and executing events, ensuring all details are handled efficiently
