Who you are

  • High School diploma or 1 year of applicable experience required.
  • Required professional licensure/certification can substitute education.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in scheduling software and office tools.



What the job involves

  • As the Executive Assistant, you'll provide administrative support for executives.
  • Prepare or coordinate the preparation of correspondence, forms, reports, presentation materials and other written communications as required.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, special events, appointments and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, process and edit financial or operational information, data and documents, including materials necessary for meetings, special projects and reports.
  • Attend meetings, keeps-records of all proceedings and act as custodian for all related documentation.
  • Prepare and distribute subsequent correspondence as needed, and follow up on action items to ensure completion.
  • Prioritize, receive, and screen visitors and telephone calls.
  • Maintain assigned calendar(s).
