• Facilitate the smooth operation of Bitcoin Startup Lab by managing scheduling budgeting and onboarding new team members
• Activate and integrate software productivity tools to enhance team efficiency
• Organize and coordinate across departments to streamline work processes
• Plan and coordinate both in-person and online events
• Manage key communications and schedules for C-suite meetings with industry leaders founders and investors.
