Who you are

• Minimum 5 years experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting C-level executives
• Experience working in a multinational company, preferably in a virtual setting
• Proficient in Google & Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with virtual communication tools and platforms (e.g., Zoom)
• Knowledge of travel management systems and expense reporting tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
• Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones
