Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
- 7+ years of executive-level administrative support experience
- At least 3 years supporting VP-level or above
- Experience in fast-paced high-growth or matrixed organizations preferred
- High proficiency with Microsoft 365 Teams PowerPoint Excel and Outlook
- Exceptional judgment discretion and decision-making capability
- Strong business acumen and outstanding communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate independently
- Ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and driving clarity

Day to day
