Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years experience as an Executive Assistant in a high-growth SaaS or tech environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Experience with project management tools is a plus.

What the job involves

  • Manage the CEO's calendar and oversee all travel arrangements.
  • Organize and prepare meeting agendas and materials.
  • Oversee office supplies and maintain a productive digital office environment.
  • Coordinate strategic projects and initiatives, and assist with their preparation and follow-up.
  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders., ensuring smooth communication.
