Requirements

Day to day
- Provide organized administrative support by managing documents schedules correspondence records and follow-up
- Coordinate meetings deadlines requests and routine communications using approved tools and documented procedures
- Prepare summaries trackers spreadsheets and supporting materials for travel planning group and event coordination reservations traveler support supplier communication and service workflows
- Handle confidential or business-sensitive information carefully and communicate exceptions promptly to the appropriate team member
