  • 3+ years or experience in an executive assistant or administrative support role
  • Strong prioritization, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience with Google Calendar, email, and Google Meet and/or Zoom
  • Experience with Google Slides / PowerPoint and Google Sheets / Excel
  • Good relationship building skills
  • Project management experience a plus



What the job involves

  • Manage the day-to-day for our 2 Co-Founders with scheduling, preparing for meetings, and managing and submitting expenses
  • Jump in to assist with coordination, scheduling and travel for other executives on an as needed basis
  • Ensure that calendars are efficiently organized and that each executive has adequate time for strategy
  • Coordinate calendars across multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Have a deep understanding of the broad team needs and help organize team meeting bandwidth and prioritization
  • Coordinate travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, and transportation
  • Plan travel arrangements including flights, hotels accommodations, dinner reservations, and transportation
  • Assist with all coordination and communication for onsite events; food orders and catering for meetings when needed
