Day to day

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
  • Professionally and discreetly handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure materials are distributed in advance
  • Organize and maintain confidential documents
  • Coordinate and manage the logistics of events and off-sites
  • Assist in planning special projects and initiatives as needed
