- Experience working remotely supporting executives across multiple time zones

Day to day
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Professionally and discreetly handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure materials are distributed in advance
- Organize and maintain confidential documents
- Coordinate and manage the logistics of events and off-sites
- Assist in planning special projects and initiatives as needed
