Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant and/or Talent Manager in a non-conventional setting, preferably within the social media creator or online personality space.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Competent at handling high-level calls and emails with partners, clients, and stakeholders.
- Experienced at negotiating deals and optimizing gigs/celebrity events.
- Assertive and resourceful with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to liaise with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally.
- Proficient in using relevant software and technology for calendar management, communication, task organization, and financial payments.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless coordination and support.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting high-profile individuals.
- Experience with creators or online personalities.
Day to day
- Provide comprehensive executive and personal support to Julius Dein, managing his professional and personal schedule, appointments, and commitments.
- Act as a gatekeeper, managing communications and correspondence effectively.
- Optimize/negotiate deals and event gigs and coordinate follow-up logistics.
