Requirements
- At least 5 years of executive administrative experience supporting high-level federal clients
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
- Must be a self-starter and work independently and in teams
- Ability to support multiple tasks simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
- Experience building and managing client relationships including Senior Leadership
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 especially Teams Excel and SharePoint
- Must be a US Citizen

Day to day
- Provides confidential administrative support to an Executive Director in a federal client environment
- Manages correspondence calendars briefing materials and meeting logistics with strong attention to detail
- Prepares reports briefings agendas minutes and other documents while handling multiple priorities independently
- Coordinates with program managers client staff and senior leaders to ensure timely accurate communication and follow-through
