Day to day
- Manage complex scheduling across multiple leaders while adapting quickly to shifting priorities.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements with precision and discretion.
- Plan meetings by sourcing venues negotiating hotel room blocks and coordinating catering.
- Draft and format polished presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Track action items from meetings and ensure timely follow up for accountability.
