Who you are

• Ability to work in person at our South Bend, IN office
• 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives
• Proven track record of providing exceptional administrative support
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and discretion
• Ability to travel when requested
• Extended hours may occasionally be needed beyond regular office hours
• Physically capable of navigating the office space, including walking, standing, and occasionally lifting or carrying items
• Good manual dexterity to operate office devices effectively
• Adequate vision to read and analyze written materials
• Good hearing to communicate effectively with employees, clients, and other stakeholders
