Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative executive assistant or coordination-focused role preferably within a technology or professional services environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and shifting demands
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft clear professional correspondence
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy across documentation scheduling and follow-ups
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying aligned with leadership and team priorities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools including Outlook Teams and other collaboration platforms

Day to day

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to executive leadership by managing calendars coordinating meetings and arranging travel
  • Prepare organize and distribute agendas meeting materials and notes to ensure leadership is well prepared
  • Attend meetings and calls capture key discussion points track action items and support follow-up so decisions move forward
  • Coordinate scheduling maintain documentation assist with internal communications and help keep priorities deadlines and operations organized
