  • Proficiency in scheduling tools Google Drive Trello and social media platforms.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Day to day

  • Handle bi-monthly payroll and manage 401K enrollments and deductions.
  • Coordinate event planning including securing attendees and managing logistics.
  • Manage calendar and scheduling for executives including business travel and team events.
  • Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes using Trello board guidelines.
  • Create and manage content for social media and ensure website updates.
