Requirements
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in scheduling tools Google Drive Trello and social media platforms.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Day to day
- Handle bi-monthly payroll and manage 401K enrollments and deductions.
- Coordinate event planning including securing attendees and managing logistics.
- Manage calendar and scheduling for executives including business travel and team events.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes using Trello board guidelines.
- Create and manage content for social media and ensure website updates.
