Who you are

  • Work directly with the CEO to support daily activities.
  • Maintain the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO, Senior Leadership, staff, and the public.
  • Coordinate work with Senior Leaders and staff.
  • Provide coordination, monitoring, and communication for projects and programs.
  • Design, develop, and implement activities and processes including project planning and training.
  • Coordinate workflow and provide administrative support for governance meetings.
  • Design and develop presentations for internal and external audiences.
  • Determine priority matters and ensure appropriate follow-up.
  • Perform a wide variety of support duties.
  • Compose and prepare routine correspondence for the CEO’s signature.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas and materials.
  • Prepare documents, reports, tables, and charts.
  • Prepare, reconcile, and submit expense reports.
  • Maintain confidential and sensitive information.
  • Attend meetings, take notes, and prepare meeting minutes and summaries.
  • Complete special projects including presentations and financial reports.
  • Participate in professional development and networking events.
  • Support other departments or Executives as needed.
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Years of executive support experience, including supporting C-suite executives.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Professionalism in interacting with diverse groups of stakeholders, including board members, senior executives, staff, community leaders, and donors.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to SUFS mission and values.
