Who you are
- Around two years' experience in a similar role
- Experience in diary management, minute taking, and organizing meetings and events
- Excellent communicator with experience working with senior employees and Board members
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders
- Dedicated to delivering high standards of work and maintaining confidentiality
- Ability to travel occasionally to Group offices as required

- Provide confidential, high-level administrative support to the CIO and the Asset Management leadership team
- Support the mission of investing in people and places for a sustainable future
- Excel in diary management, communication, and coordination across various teams
