  • Experience in office organisation and administration in a busy office at an executive level
  • Experience with external stakeholders including Trustees, Non-Executive Directors and influential people
  • Experience supporting a director frequently travelling and working away from the main office
  • Experience organising large meetings and conferences with important stakeholders

What the job involves

  • Provide comprehensive support to the Development Director's office.
  • Manage diary, correspondence, internal and external meeting support.
  • Plan ahead to ensure effective time management.
