Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an executive assistant chief of staff or comparable senior support role
- Demonstrated commitment to equity justice and social change
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Outstanding organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities and detail heavy tasks
- High proficiency with Microsoft 365 including Outlook Teams Teams Channels SharePoint OneDrive Google Suite and Zoom
- Comfortable working across time zones with a nationally distributed team
- Strong interpersonal skills and cultural competency
- Ability to work independently exercise sound judgment and take initiative
- Resides in the local San Francisco Bay Area and can attend in-person meetings
- Ability to travel occasionally to support the President

Day to day
- Serves as a trusted partner and operational anchor to the President in a highly confidential executive support role
- Manages a complex calendar travel logistics correspondence and briefing materials while anticipating conflicts and priorities with sound judgment
- Supports board governance special projects and cross departmental initiatives by coordinating meetings tracking follow up and maintaining organized records
