Requirements

  • 3+ years in Business Operations Revenue Operations Consulting Strategy Product Operations Project Management Chief of Staff Executive Business Partner or similar roles
  • Experience in SaaS or technology companies
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
  • Familiarity with HubSpot Salesforce or similar systems
  • Experience using AI tools and workflow automation
  • Strong academic background preferred

Day to day

  • Serve as the primary operational partner to the SVP of Growth & Global Operations, keeping priorities organized and moving forward
  • Prepare meeting briefs, agendas, summaries, action items, and follow-ups while capturing decisions and driving accountability across teams
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Product, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations, using data and structured communication to remove blockers and improve execution
  • Build dashboards, reports, and operational analyses to surface trends, risks, and performance insights for leadership
  • Improve internal processes through documentation, automation, and business systems to increase efficiency, data quality, and operational rigor
