- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust quickly
- Excellent communication presentation and organizational skills
- Experience using Canva Slack Excel and CRM platforms
- Ability to multitask effectively and work independently and as part of a team
- Positive high-energy presence and genuine passion for helping others grow
- Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced high-performance environment
- Executive-level resume writing experience is a bonus
Day to day
- Conduct one-on-one executive coaching sessions to assess goals strengths challenges and target industries.
- Guide clients on job search strategies interview preparation networking best practices and SMART career planning.
- Lead onboarding and ongoing program support while maintaining accurate client records coordinating events and improving the client experience.
