Requirements
- At least 10 years of production experience at a creative-driven agency or production house
- Experience producing broadcast short-form long-form photography social digital and experiential work
- Extensive social production experience with strong platform and content format knowledge
- Strong project management skills including risk identification issue resolution and detailed planning
- Experience leading a production company and driving year-over-year growth
- Proven team leadership and motivation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Expert knowledge of post-production tools and technologies
- Experience with bidding tools and the cost consultant process
- Strong understanding of current industry software including AI tools
- Broad network of freelance resources
- Flexibility to work off-hours weekends and remotely as needed
