  • Experience leading a production company and driving year-over-year growth
  • Proven team leadership and motivation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Expert knowledge of post-production tools and technologies
  • Experience with bidding tools and the cost consultant process
  • Strong understanding of current industry software including AI tools
  • Broad network of freelance resources
  • Flexibility to work off-hours weekends and remotely as needed
