Who you are

• Worked in an Executive Search role in a 360 position
• Competent business developer with a passion for delivering on targets
• Able to motivate oneself in a remote environment without company set KPIs
• Proven track record within their area of expertise
• Placed candidates within UK, Europe and/or US with salaries of £60,000+
• Exemplary communication skills with a meticulous eye for detail
• Success in pitching and winning retained assignments is desirable
• Speaking an additional European Language is advantageous
• Willing to travel internationally for business, including multiple nights away from home

What the job involves

• Develop new accounts within Industrial, Science, and Engineering sectors across Europe and USA
• Develop new businesses, source candidates, and manage the offer and completion process
• Build relationships with new contacts to win retained and speculative business
• Continuously grow and nurture your network to stay abreast of market intelligence, source new candidates and develop your desk
• Attend trade shows and conferences in the UK and Internationally
• Complete administrative tasks including profiling CVs and keeping the database up to date
• Conduct personal marketing activities including LinkedIn advertising, sourcing testimonials and recommendations
