Requirements

- Strong understanding of one or more life science verticals including biotech pharma medtech diagnostics CROs or CDMOs
- Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and executive-level candidates
- Commercially astute with a consultative relationship-driven approach
- Fluent in English
- Highly organised credible and driven by quality and impact

Day to day
- Lead end-to-end executive search assignments across the life sciences sector, delivering senior-level talent for scientific clinical regulatory and commercial functions
- Build trusted client relationships and advise stakeholders on talent strategy market dynamics and leadership requirements
- Research map and assess senior candidates then manage confidential consultative engagement through shortlist offer and close
