- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets particularly derivatives futures options and structured products

- Deep network within HNWI family office or institutional investor communities
- Strong operational acumen with experience implementing institutional-grade processes and controls
- Exceptional communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills
