Requirements
- Strong portfolio demonstrating craft and design process
- Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of responsive design UI patterns layout typography and color
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
- Experience accelerating work using AI tools
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced multi-project environment
- Strong communication presentation and storytelling skills
- Experience working in Agile Scrum development process
- Experience in UX UI Engineering is a plus
- Three plus years of relevant experience

Day to day
- Lead human-centered design work on key projects and clients to create effective digital solutions
- Translate user needs and business goals into design requirements while accounting for technical constraints
- Produce sketches wireframes prototypes hi-fidelity comps and responsive designs across web mobile and desktop
- Collaborate with clients designers and consultants to define requirements shape user experience vision and recommend strategic solutions
- Participate in user research testing and analysis to improve product value and guide design decisions
