- 3+ years of executive search research experience within SHREK or a leading boutique
- Sector experience in media consumer technology digital retail travel leisure hospitality or SaaS
- Strong analytical curiosity with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail
- High emotional intelligence professionalism and confidence engaging senior executives
- Highly organised proactive and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Comfortable using research technologies CRM systems LinkedIn and AI-driven search tools
- Bachelor's degree required or significant demonstrable extra-curricular work experience

Day to day
- Conduct rigorous market and company research to inform executive search strategies and uncover target companies, talent pools and emerging trends.
- Analyse filings investor materials media and other data sources to distil commercial insights and understand the forces shaping markets.
- Identify approach and evaluate high-potential candidates prepare polished reports and support client presentations in a confidential high-trust environment.
