Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in fellowship management program management or related experience
- Experience building community in a virtual environment

Day to day
- Lead the Activate Anywhere fellowship community by designing and delivering engaging virtual programming and quarterly in-person gatherings for deep-tech science entrepreneurs.
- Oversee core program operations including fellow selection onboarding data tracking benefits management and community budgeting while keeping everything organized and running smoothly.
- Build trusted relationships with fellows support their growth and coordinate resources that strengthen collaboration connection and a welcoming community culture.
- Manage the Fellowship Associate provide coaching and development and partner across teams to turn fellow insights into stronger programming and organizational impact.
