Day to day
- Conduct in-depth customer research through site visits interviews and surveys to uncover user needs and pain points
- Organize and run prototype and beta testing programs while collecting and analyzing feedback to shape product development
- Act as the main field contact for customers during trials and work closely with product managers engineering sales and marketing to improve products and adoption
