Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in the field
- Experience with deployment of commercial drone services
- FAA Part 107 Certification (and internationally recognized equivalents if appropriate)
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, ability to work with people at all levels
- Advanced knowledge of Python, data visualization tools, or orthomosaic processing tools
- Experienced Microsoft Office user, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
- Must be able to meet the physical requirements of OGUK Offshore Medical Examination
- Additional language(s) (Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, etc.) preferred but not required.

Day to day
- Report directly to director of operations and support business development initiatives by acting as primary contact for designated accounts
- Manage field equipment inventory, warehouse organization, and equipment maintenance schedules
- Supervise, mentor, and instruct FSM I team members on Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) operations, including flight planning and methane emissions monitoring
- Coordinate flight schedules, airspace, and resources, taking charge of risk management
- Travel to remote locations globally, handle FAA and international regulatory documentation for UAS compliance
- Ensure all digital workflow steps are signed off and documented appropriately
