Remote Field Service Manager Job in Aberdeen, Scotland, UK SeekOps Inc.

Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in the field
• Experience with deployment of commercial drone services
• FAA Part 107 Certification (and internationally recognized equivalents if appropriate)
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, ability to work with people at all levels
• Advanced knowledge of Python, data visualization tools, or orthomosaic processing tools
• Experienced Microsoft Office user, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Must be able to meet the physical requirements of OGUK Offshore Medical Examination
• Additional language(s) (Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, etc.) preferred but not required.

What the job involves

• Report directly to director of operations and support business development initiatives by acting as primary contact for designated accounts
• Manage field equipment inventory, warehouse organization, and equipment maintenance schedules
• Supervise, mentor, and instruct FSM I team members on Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) operations, including flight planning and methane emissions monitoring
• Coordinate flight schedules, airspace, and resources, taking charge of risk management
• Travel to remote locations globally, handle FAA and international regulatory documentation for UAS compliance
• Ensure all digital workflow steps are signed off and documented appropriately
