Requirements
- 7+ years in product design design systems or a related field with strong technical Figma work
- Experience with shared libraries component systems and token-based design structures in Figma
- Proven ability to lead or support complex Figma migrations restructures or cleanup efforts
- Experience identifying technical risks and recommending practical solutions
- Portfolio required with examples of design systems and technical Figma work
- Experience with Token Studio Figma enterprise environments or GitHub-backed token workflows preferred
- Must be able to work remotely in U.S. time zones for a 3 to 6 month engagement

Day to day
- Lead a complex Figma design system migration across enterprise environments, transferring libraries components and token structures with precision.
- Audit interconnected Figma files to map dependencies across shared assets patterns and styles while identifying risks and effort.
- Run a sandbox proof of concept troubleshoot broken references and validate that migrated tokens styles and components work correctly.
- Partner closely with design engineering and platform stakeholders to coordinate sequencing reduce disruption and document decisions for handoff.
