Day to day
- Oversee and maintain all aspects of the File Build Department while coordinating daily operations.
- Assign workloads, deployment tickets, and Salesforce cases to specialists and track progress closely.
- Act as an escalation point for complex issues and support troubleshooting, documentation, and team development.
