- 4+ years' experience across operations finance HR or business support roles
- Experience within an agency environment is advantageous

Day to day
- Support finance inbox management and coordinate timely responses across external creators freelancers and suppliers
- Lead accounts payable reconciliations month-end support budgeting forecasting and commercial analysis while improving accuracy and efficiency
- Partner across HR operations and project teams to streamline systems automate workflows and strengthen the employee experience
