Requirements
- 3 years in healthcare insurance or finance with business analysis or computer technology experience including EDI financial systems or interfaces
- 2 years communicating with diverse internal and external groups
- 3 years decomposing high-level initiative information and forecasting work effort
- 2 years with multiple LOB claims processing payments and overpayment recoveries
- High School Diploma or GED
- Achievement of agile product owner certification within 12 months

Day to day
- Lead strategic product planning with business vendors and IT partners to improve payment operations.
- Own and prioritize the product backlog while translating high-level needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Support sprint planning grooming defect management release planning testing review and stakeholder presentations.
