Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 2 years of FP&A experience
- High proficiency with MS Office suite, strong Excel skills
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
- Interest in sustainability and making a meaningful impact on the environment

- Ability to perform in dynamic cross-functional team environment
What the job involves
- Analyze and report on the company's financial performance. Provide actionable recommendations based on findings. Support strategic initiatives that drive growth.
- Perform financial planning and forecasting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate operational metrics. Develop standardized reporting and dashboards for management.
- Support month-end close processes. Build and support complex financial models. Perform ad hoc financial analysis for business unit management.
