Requirements
- 2+ years of operating and project leadership experience in a trades-based business home services company or enterprise-level general contracting firm
- Demonstrated ability to earn trust with operators and field-based teams
- Executional bias with strong follow-through and self-direction
- Strong project management across multiple workstreams and companies
- Comfort with ambiguity and building without a defined playbook
- Willingness to travel 50%+ including extended on-site periods
- Ability to read a P&L and identify operating issues early
- 5+ years of experience in strategy operations FP&A or related field
- Proven ability to work with data at scale including quality audits pipelines and frameworks
- Strong cross-functional operator able to drive progress without direct authority
- Excellent analytical skills with Excel or Google Sheets plus BI tools and SQL as a strong plus
- Sharp written and verbal communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset focused on building and improving systems

Day to day
- Build and continuously improve the operating systems that let the Financial Performance team scale consistently across the portfolio.
- Translate raw portfolio data into reliable, actionable intelligence and surface risks, trends, and opportunities for leadership.
- Partner closely with Product, Finance, Operations, and field leaders to turn portfolio needs into durable tools, repeatable processes, and measurable adoption.
