Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in program management finance transformation consulting ERP EPM or related enterprise technology delivery
- Significant experience working with financial services organizations such as banking insurance capital markets asset management private equity fintech or related sectors
- Proven experience managing large-scale ERP and/or EPM implementations
- Strong understanding of finance function processes including close and consolidation planning and forecasting management reporting allocations profitability financial reporting and finance operations
- Experience working with finance and IT stakeholders in complex enterprise environments
- Strong executive communication client management facilitation and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage program scope timelines risks resources budgets and stakeholder expectations
- Experience supporting business development proposals solutioning and sales pursuits
- Ability to identify account growth opportunities and support expansion into additional services or managed services engagements

Day to day
- Lead large-scale ERP and EPM transformation programs for financial services clients, guiding complex finance and technology initiatives from planning through delivery.
- Oversee governance, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, manage risks and issues, and align executives and stakeholders around clear program outcomes.
- Advise clients on finance transformation best practices, translate industry challenges into practical technology solutions, and support account growth through trusted client relationships.
