• Review global companies and websites in various languages for compliance with applicable regulatory law
• Become a subject matter expert in regulatory law as it pertains to program scope
• Handle client escalations by providing quick, appropriate responses and solutions
• Make clear and accurate decisions per project rules and client customizations
• Work with a team of analysts to meet strict deadlines
• Interact directly with customers to answer inquiries and resolve problems
• Provide expert feedback to teammates, Manager, client, and others within G2
• Demonstrate keen attention to detail
