Requirements
- 5+ years building production software
- Experience in Forward Deployed Engineering Solutions Engineering Consulting Engineering or highly customer-facing software engineering
- Strong Python or TypeScript development experience
- Experience deploying LLMs AI agents or modern AI infrastructure into production
- Comfortable working directly with enterprise engineering teams
- Strong systems thinking with the ability to debug complex distributed environments
- Ability to move comfortably between writing production code designing architecture and leading technical customer conversations

Day to day
- Own enterprise deployments from technical discovery through production
- Design architectures for complex AI and agent-based workflows
- Build customer-facing integrations MCP servers and platform extensions
- Debug challenging production issues across distributed systems and AI infrastructure
- Partner directly with customer engineering teams during implementation
- Influence core product direction by turning customer challenges into platform capabilities
- Help establish technical standards tooling and playbooks for the Forward Deployed Engineering organization
