Day to day
- Work directly with customers to understand workflows constraints and goals and help them succeed quickly with Alguna.
- Build forward-deployed solutions by shipping integrations custom workflows data pipelines and product extensions that unlock customer value.
- Own implementations end-to-end from discovery and design through build deploy monitor and iterate while responding quickly when issues arise.
- Close the loop back into the product by converting repeated customer needs into scalable improvements reusable patterns tooling and automation.
