Requirements
- 5+ years in software engineering data engineering or technical consulting
- At least 2+ years hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
- Experience with PySpark Pandas or Polars
- TypeScript experience valued
- Deep understanding of Foundry Ontology including object types link types action types interfaces and functions
- Experience designing and deploying production-grade batch and streaming data pipelines at enterprise scale
- Experience building Workshop applications or OSDK-based applications using React and TypeScript
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with GCP services is preferred
- Experience with Google BigQuery is preferred
- Experience with AIP and LLM-powered functions is preferred
- Familiarity with machine learning workflows in Foundry is preferred
- Experience implementing data governance frameworks and HIPAA-compliant handling is preferred
- Background in healthcare kidney care or clinical operations is preferred
- Experience leading teams of 3+ engineers in forward-deployed settings is preferred

Day to day
- Lead technical delivery at the intersection of Palantir Foundry and complex healthcare operations
- Architect and own enterprise-grade solutions across data pipelines applications and deployment workflows
- Partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders to shape strategy and drive transformational outcomes
- Mentor teammates and help translate platform capabilities into practical operational impact
