Requirements
- Senior-level expertise in designing and implementing large-scale solutions
- Strong experience with Node.js and TypeScript
- Experience with React and Next.js
- Strong PostgreSQL knowledge
- Proficiency in Python
- Experience with .NET or similar backend technologies
- Solid fundamentals in data and systems design including schema design and caching
- Experience with event-driven architectures such as Kafka or Redis
- Cloud experience with AWS or Azure and ideally Cloudflare tools
- Systems thinking mindset with ability to write specs and design docs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience building internal platforms or templates that improve engineering speed

Day to day
- Own the full delivery lifecycle from analysis through operation, turning ambiguous problems into shippable software.
- Build AI-enabled solutions with generative tools, evaluations, and reusable components while contributing new patterns back into the blueprint.
- Collaborate closely with customers, product, design, and teammates to clarify needs, present trade-offs, and deliver scalable services, APIs, data pipelines, and frontends.
