Requirements
- Experience in product configuration solution delivery or domain specialist roles within enterprise software
- Practical experience building solutions with workflows orchestrations business rules or process automation
- Demonstrable domain understanding in relevant business areas and ability to translate processes into configuration decisions
- Experience working from documented requirements and detailed design with business analysts or similar roles
- Experience collaborating within multi-disciplinary delivery teams including engineering QA and advisory colleagues
- Comfortable delivering iteratively and adapting as requirements evolve

Day to day
- Customize and configure Incubate solutions to meet customer-specific business outcomes and engagement goals
- Design workflows orchestrations workbenches agents and process-led use cases using native product capabilities
- Apply product fluency and domain understanding to decide when to configure extend or customise solutions and when to push back on unsuitable requirements
