Requirements
- 2+ years of professional software engineering with software shipped end to end
- Strong proficiency in at least one general-purpose language such as Python TypeScript or Go
- Ability to work across the stack and learn unfamiliar systems quickly
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed

Day to day
- Embed with customers to learn their workflows and constraints, then define the real problem with them.
- Build production systems on Luma's APIs models and internal tools, turning ideas into reliable software.
- Prototype ship iterate and maintain systems in real environments while owning the project end to end.
- Identify platform gaps and recurring patterns then feed insights back to platform and R&D for productization.
