Requirements
- Significant senior-level engineering experience, typically 8+ years
- Experience designing and building agentic platforms using Python and modern AI frameworks
- Ability to architect LLM orchestration with LangGraph CrewAI AutoGen or similar
- Experience implementing multi-agent systems with tool use workflow orchestration memory and decision-making
- Experience designing and deploying RAG pipelines with enterprise data sources
- Ability to integrate platforms with APIs data platforms cloud services and enterprise applications
- Ability to configure Kubernetes and deploy workloads
- Experience designing deployment architectures across cloud on-premise and hybrid environments
- Strong collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong consulting experience delivering complex client engagements

Day to day
- Build, implement, and deploy agentic platforms within client environments
- Develop scalable AI-driven solutions that operationalise LLM-powered agents across products, processes, and teams
- Work closely with client stakeholders and technical leaders to integrate agentic capabilities with enterprise systems and frameworks
